Focused on unique backcountry hiking that you won’t find on your own. The half-day scenic hiking tour takes you far away from the usual “go-to” landmarks and populated areas to some of our favorite hidden gems. This adventure lasts 3/4 hours depending on your ability.
Explore Lake Tahoe in a more intimate way as you take it all in on this scenic trip. We know where to take you depending on your experience and comfort level.
The epic views that you are looking for are often very less traveled. Your guide will take you to places that are not populated with people. Take the guesswork out of what you should do or where you should go and take comfort in trusting our local knowledge of the area.
We have easy-moderate hikes for the whole family and friends or advanced hikes for our adventurers that are up for a challenge. Just call us before your tour date and let us know!
Our guides are here to show you around, not tell you what to do. We are friendly and easygoing locals who have a passion for the outdoors and love to share our insider knowledge of the South Lake Tahoe area with our guests.
.An optional “Adventure Photo Hike” can be included for those who want to have creative photos taken along the way. Don’t bore your friends and family with photos of you just standing there, walk away with photos that capture your true adventurous spirit! Whether we admit it or not, we all want more “likes”. We love to help you pose and show you how to position yourself to make the photo even wilder and more dangerous than it really is, just for fun (our secret). Or we can use the gorgeous backdrop of Lake Tahoe to get some amazing portraits, etc. It’s all up to you! We have a passion for getting the best adventure shots! This is also a great option for families who have stubborn ones who don’t like getting family photos. We will make it a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Key Details
Meet your guide at the trailhead where we will start and finish at the same place. Locations vary depending on weather and current conditions. All of our locations are within 10-20 minutes of anywhere in South Lake Tahoe. All locations are within 20 minutes from Stateline/casino/Heavenly Village Area. All locations are easily accessed through taxis or services such as Uber or Lyft. It is up to you to get to the location on time, 5 minutes before tour time. We provide no transportation to or from tour locations. Details are given upon booking.
